In this article I’m talking about lack of Nursing people and how our people are losing their jobs or are trying to get in the nursing businesses, but cant. Memphis is already lacking on short of registered nurses, and our Tennessee budget is making so hard for our university colleges that trained skilled caregivers to enroll more students so we can have more nurses. I think that our system and the Tennessee budget needs to get were its suppose to be because we need these students to gone head and get these diplomas for being a nurse, so that we can save more lives in our world. The students that graduate as being a nurse they can easily find jobs and interests on particular fields so they don’t have to really worry about that. What the students need to be worrying about is the most recent cuts that they be having, so local nursing have been turning away hundreds of qualified applicants because of lack of faculty, training spaces, and other things that they don’t be on. I say that our students don’t just need to think about there selves, but think about the people that are hurt and that are going to get hurt later on in the future and do something about it.

It is important to respond to this article because women should receive the same salary as men if they are qualified for a position. In my view concerning this issue, women professors should receive equal pay, raises and promotions at University of Texas. This issue affect me and society because women are paid less than men in many other areas of employment. many women provide the same amount of work as men do but they are discriminated aganist because of gender. It is unfair to women and something must be done about it so their will be equality for everyone. Changing the way women are treated will help other generations. I believe that when an issue comes up over and over again our society have an oportunity to do something about it. We can make a change.I feel that everyone shoud have a chance to be equally sucesssful. One solution to the problem of inequality at University of Texas would be to give men and women increase in salary, if they have years of experience. If both genders can show the quality of their work and experience they shoul recive a raise. The professors work should be checked once every two to three years by a team of men and women to determine if they qualify for a raise or how much their salary should be. If a team of men and women work together to make sure that every one was paid equally based on their work, that could help solve the probem.
i think they need to rethink what they are trying to do we need more nurses because people get sick everyday and need medical attention. i think people fresh out of high school need the education and the money because they have lives to and maybe they want to better themselve's so think abaout it before you ruin someone's dream.
it's good they took step's because when your child as diabetes he or she should be abal to take their blood suger so they can see where their blood suger is so they wont fall unconcious any where and be safe knowing what their blood suger is so i think it was a great thing they did because they wanted their child safe.

Christiansen is a good little child that loves school and like playing with his friends, but then he came up upon diabetes and when he was going to school his mom told him to check his blood. Then when Christiansen went in the school his teacher wouldn’t let him, so he went to the nurse and see if she would check it for him she would do it some of the times, but on other times she wouldn’t because she said that the principal wouldn’t let her do it. Then so his mom just said that she would come up to the school and check it every two hours, so she can make sure that he isn’t having a serious reaction. Christiansen mother had took his teacher to court, the court case was about were can they find graduated students or older adults, so they can train them about diabetes people, and so they can have them a job and nothing will happen everything would be straight.

Yes! video games do help promote learnin in mant different ways. For example when you are playing a video game you work with math. Like when you are useing bullets and bomb you have to keep up with the number of bombs,missiles,and bullets you have and use how many you have left and how much money you would have to spend to gat more.When you are playing a video game your not just having fun you are also learning to. You are learning how to count keep up with numbers and how to use navigation to get your way through underground tunnels and buildings. You learn how to monitor weapons, systems, guage their health and find a place or places to take cover. Even me myself i learned some thing while playing a video game like I dent know how to read or use a map. But one day I was playing a game and they gave me a mission to go on I had to read a map im order you know where i was going and how to get there after playing that game I knew how to read and use a map in real life crises. So yes I do think that video games help promote learning. Becase my brother first learn how to fix on a video game by playing one and he said that once he learn how to play the game he began to understand how all the keys work and what everything do. Then one day he took his drostick apart nad put it back together after to see if every thing would work the same way and it did.Now he's in college and he takes up Science and Technology and he works part time designing video games computer web sits and computer games.So yes vidoe games do help promote learning .

Well if i was a student at those colleges I would have protest for what I believed in, to because they should'nt be taking up the time it takes to graduate and the tuition price.And weather the students are from the area or not if they qualified and have the right GPA and every thing they should let them go to those colleges. They are letting good education go to waist that just don't make no since and risind the coast of the student tuitoin don't make it no better. Because times are hard and money is low so if they keep making the prices of college tuitions go up the student loans will get higher and when the student loans get higher their will be less people able to pay the money back on the loans. Then when that happens their will be less people getting loans and when a lot of people can't get loans and most graduation students aren't getting scholarships or accepted in colleges their would be less students going to college.So I do agree with them protesting because they should not be rising the prices of college funds like that because less paople will be able to pay those prices. Being falsely accused about somthing and knowing that you dent commite this crime......... Now thats a bad felling and you rights to be free is all on this false infomation now thats even worse. Because I know that if I was fina be convicted of this crime and I know thatI dent do it I would the right to be proven innocent. And yes their are a lot of peolpe out here in jail now for some else's charge and are denied the rights to be proven innocent.I feel that if a person is convicted of a crime they should always have their rights to be proven otherwise. Unless their are some hard evidents,they turned their self in or they have a bad background of doing stuff like that or a bad crimanal file.But other then that they should be good for some work to he or she prove their rights weather they are wrong or right they should still have that chance because if they are in the wrong and you help them to try to prove their self right they still wouldhave to do their time. If you wana make you some real money you need to complete high standerd of education cause just because you have a high school education don't mean you gone be a docter, lawyer.nurse,dentist, or a teacher you are thinking wrong very wrong.And don't even think about droping out DROPING OUT!!!!! That should be the last thing on any ones mind because you gone be worse then what you would if you only have a high school. And yea you could get your GED or go to job core but trust me you rather have an high school diplpma and why would you even go to school all those years any way if your going to just through it away. Or put it to nothing thats just a waist of your time and all your teachers.Just like Obama said when you drop out your not only quiting on your self-your quiting on your country. Artical 5 Having 2.7 people to be forced to flee their home because of fightig among rebels.Then raped and toururing the residents of the town they are hurting and messing with innocent people. People who have'nt done anything to them. People who they should'nt even be messing with because they aren't messing with them. And just to think that 3000,000 people are being killed, killed by a direct combat disease and malnutrition. People dieing every minute every secound every day for and half of them don't evev know whats going own or why they are being killed or that they are fina be killed. They really do need to have peace in Darfur. Because their is to much going on in Darfur. To many people being killed and hurt for soming that they have nothing to do for something that they don't even know about. And all this violence has got to stop and all these people die and getting hurt need to stop. So their president need to declear peace becausre to many people are getting hurt over some nun since so stop the violence and let their be peace.

Well I find that very unnessery because when the government need that money to put it to a good fund or somthing important and the bank don't want to or can't pay that money back guess what. We the tax payer's are going to have to pay that money back just because some party animal bankers can't do their job and hold that money like they are soppose to. I don't think that's right because taxes already high and for them to take it up even higher or even more thats just not right because we are going to have to pay for that stuff. And just to think1.6 billion dallors of the government's bail out money the name say's it all it's for hard times when they have to bail their self out trouble and the bank is around here spending it up. Spending up all the government's important money now that is something that I just don't agree with not at all.

Even me myself i learned some thing while playing a video game like I dent know how to read or use a map. But one day I was playing a game and they gave me a mission to go on I had to read a map im order you know where i was going and how to get there after playing that game I knew how to read and use a map in real life crises. So yes I do think that video games help promote learning. Becase my brother first learn how to fix on a video game by playing one and he said that once he learn how to play the game he began to understand how all the keys work and what everything do. Then one day he took his drostick apart nad put it back together after to see if every thing would work the same way and it did.Now he's in college and he takes up Science and Technology and he works part time designing video games computer web sits and computer games.So yes vidoe games do help promote learning .

Well if i was a student at those colleges I would have protest for what I believed in, to because they should'nt be taking up the time it takes to graduate and the tuition price.And weather the students are from the area or not if they qualified and have the right GPA and every thing they should let them go to those colleges. They are letting good education go to waist that just don't make no since and risind the coast of the student tuitoin don't make it no better. Because times are hard and money is low so if they keep making the prices of college tuitions go up the student loans will get higher and when the student loans get higher their will be less people able to pay the money back on the loans. Then when that happens their will be less people getting loans and when a lot of people can't get loans and most graduation students aren't getting scholarships or accepted in colleges their would be less students going to college.So I do agree with them protesting because they should not be rising the prices of college funds like that because less paople will be able to pay those prices. So I say protest away because they don't need to be rising the tuition prices up any way.

Being falsely accused about somthing and knowing that you dent commite this crime......... Now thats a bad felling and you rights to be free is all on this false infomation now thats even worse. Because I know that if I was fina be convicted of this crime and I know thatI dent do it I would the right to be proven innocent. And yes their are a lot of peolpe out here in jail now for some else's charge and are denied the rights to be proven innocent.I feel that if a person is convicted of a crime they should always have their rights to be proven otherwise. Unless their are some hard evidents,they turned their self in or they have a bad background of doing stuff like that or a bad crimanal file.But other then that they should be good for some work to he or she prove their rights weather they are wrong or right they should still have that chance because if they are in the wrong and you help them to try to prove their self right they still wouldhave to do their time. So I think that the Innocence Project is a good project to help does out when they need it or before it's to late.

Yes!!! We should complete a higher education or career training because now day you are going to need more then a high school diploma unless you plain on having a job working at a fast food place. If you wana make you some real money you need to complete high standerd of education cause just because you have a high school education don't mean you gone be a docter, lawyer.nurse,dentist, or a teacher you are thinking wrong very wrong.And don't even think about droping out DROPING OUT!!!!! That should be the last thing on any ones mind because you gone be worse then what you would if you only have a high school. And yea you could get your GED or go to job core but trust me you rather have an high school diplpma and why would you even go to school all those years any way if your going to just through it away. Or put it to nothing thats just a waist of your time and all your teachers.Just like Obama said when you drop out your not only quiting on your self-your quiting on your country. The countries that out teach us today will out compete us tomorrow.

Having 2.7 people to be forced to flee their home because of fightig among rebels.Then raped and toururing the residents of the town they are hurting and messing with innocent people. People who have'nt done anything to them. People who they should'nt even be messing with because they aren't messing with them. And just to think that 3000,000 people are being killed, killed by a direct combat disease and malnutrition. People dieing every minute every secound every day for and half of them don't evev know whats going own or why they are being killed or that they are fina be killed. They really do need to have peace in Darfur. Because their is to much going on in Darfur. To many people being killed and hurt for soming that they have nothing to do for something that they don't even know about. And all this violence has got to stop and all these people die and getting hurt need to stop. So their president need to declear peace becausre to many people are getting hurt over some nun since so stop the violence and let their be peace.

The Northen Trust Banks using the government's money to party and have fun with. Well I find that very unnessery because when the government need that money to put it to a good fund or somthing important and the bank don't want to or can't pay that money back guess what. We the tax payer's are going to have to pay that money back just because some party animal bankers can't do their job and hold that money like they are soppose to. I don't think that's right because taxes already high and for them to take it up even higher or even more thats just not right because we are going to have to pay for that stuff. And just to think1.6 billion dallors of the government's bail out money the name say's it all it's for hard times when they have to bail their self out trouble and the bank is around here spending it up. Spending up all the government's important money now that is something that I just don't agree with not at all.
